A great way to avoid the glass glare while shooting is to have the person put the earpieces up higher and angle the glasses down a little.
Great job on exposure! The only thing that bugs me a little (and this is being totally nitpicky) is her arms are different colors - her right arm looks grey - and her legs look really dark (betting she was wearing dark-colored stockings, though?). And I'm not wild about her hands being chopped off behind her skirt.
Really good, though, for the most part! I'd be proud of it if I were you.
