Here are some ideas for assignments that would definitely help me as a newbie (forgive me if there are some repeats here, I'm not sure what's already been done):
Buildings
Music
Children
Wind (or capturing motion)
Food (I loved this suggestion from a previous post)
Cold (we did warmth already I see)
Sunrises or Sunsets
Fashion
I'll think of some more later I'm sure! =)
