Nope, i stay out of everyones photos unless its something im doing for myself, but thats different,
I will gladly stand to the side and wait for someone to finish than walk through their shot, its also what i would expect to happen to me, in common courtesy but it just doesn't everyone is busy rushing around nowadays,
Best example of this is the shot i took in Manchester of a building,
The guy actually decided to argue with me over the fact he was in the shot, although i had been stood there for 5 minutes taking the same shot before he walked past, i seriously thought he was going to hit me, even though i tried to tell him it was a public place and he had no rights to argue with me,
so, to summarize, i would expect people to have courtesy towards me as i would towards them by staying out of the shot,
