My favorite story is from a friend who was selling his fully restored 1966 Nova.

Guy comes to buy it already agreed price at $33,000

Guy says, "All i can do is, 31,000"

Friend says, "How about $35,000?"

Guy - "Hey! That's more than we agreed!"

Friend - "Yea, and it's going to be $40,000 if in a minute if you want to push it"



LOLOLOLOLOLOL. He got his $33,000.

Stand by your guns and don't give in. The price is the price, take it or leave it.

Act like you don't need the business and people will treat you with more respect.
