I'll tell you this, Trinidad is a lovely place and there are tons of interesting, beautiful and historical places and things to photograph. Some places you can just openly shoot and that's fine. But there's a small factor, which turns out to be quite large. And it's the crime. It's just not safe to patrol
certain parts of the country with a large camera around your neck, even with a few friends accompanying you. I would love to go boldly into the heart of the towns and openly shoot interesting characters and buildings etc., but safety is a huge issue. And if I lose my camera, I would break down into tears lol. (Seriously)
