I'm sure other places do it too. Look for professional printing places and they should have the option. I'm not sure that most quick print places have it. It doesn't sound very exciting when you
read about it, but it's kind of lightly texture-y without being that really super high gloss look. It reminds me of the kind of pictures you get when you go to a portrait place.
