If you want to pay for it, then I would go for Nero and PowerDVD (or WinDVD).
But, I think that there's really no point in paying for a player nowadays, there are many many great and free ones. I recommend you install the K-Lite codec pack, in which Media Player Classic also comes. That is the most complete and updated pack of all the existing codecs. The player is very light and fast.
