I'm not kidding!

No other brand has a MP-E 65mm and I've never seen anything like the EOS-RETRO adaptor for any other brand either. They're very handy things and make life so much easier that having to use a manual aperture ring on the end of bellows.

For less than 1:1 pretty much any brand will do but for greater than 1:1 I wouldn't consider using anything else but Canon.
