try putting a lamp to a side of her, not directly in front or behind. It should give the photo more depth, also giving it more of a dramatic effect with the shadows. Your viewfinder might not match up with what the sensor is going to capture, so try to shoot a little wide then just crop to what you want it to look like.

Altogether it's a nice photo, and those are awesome pillows
