Wow, so much talent around here--it's a little overwhelming. But I'll throw in my two cents anyway.
I'm a retired naval parachute rigger/officer, currently teaching English at the University of West Florida, doing a little writing on the side, and as much photo shooting as I can fit in. I've always felt primarily verbally oriented, but photography allows me to exercise my visual perception.
Looking forward to my second retirement, in 2 to 3 more years.

Hello Pink and Juju and everyone else from around the world.... waving from Panama City, FL!
I take pictures of babies in the womb... technically speaking I'm a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in an OB/GYN doctors office. I love my job 90% of the time when its not depressing or frustrating. I also have a degree from the University of West Forida (hey Juju!) in Psychology that really helps to deal with pregnant women, LOL!
I have loved photography since high school. I would love to take formal classes but I live in a small town so currently none are available

Pleading with my husband for DSLR *Nikon D90* for Christmas so I can expand my love for the hobby, maybe Santa will be extra generous to me this year! And I love this website/forum.
