Horizon is fine in my opinion.
I like your vantage point. This really sets the capture apart from others.
The shell or rock really makes this capture work. It gives the eyes something to fix upon when first viewing the capture and then the eyes can wonder thru the remainer of the scene.
My only question is, why f/4 ? Seems a rather shallow dpeth of field for this shot considering the clouds and reflections were what really caught your interest.
