Linux flash support is available these days, but you can bet plenty of users haven't bothered.

That's not to mention anyone using their iphone too, oh and I seem to recall a while back that some of the net books couldn't get flash either, but that might be fixed by now?

And yeah, I noticed I could navigate the site, but I still couldn't see any photos.

My point is why stop people without it installed looking at your photos, when (without seeing what you've actually got) you can probably do the same thing with ajax?
I do actually use linux and I used it as my main desktop since 2001 until I got a mac this year. I move from linux because to be frank their raw photo workflow sucked. Your right it was a pain to install in the past but say with ubuntu you click one button and its installed. Very big change over the old way.

The problem with a ajax and any other type of dynamic slide show is that you have to hand code in the images. I am using slide show pro and slide show pro director it has this nice backend that I can dynamically add remove and reorder the images the way I want. This saves me time and frustration given keeping content fresh and ever changing.

I was a web developer and I agree I hated all flash sites. However my site is not all flash just the slide shows and slide show gallery.

I know I may miss some people but its so far the best site to manage. I got tired of having non flash slide shows for the past 4 years, and having to hand code xml.

So I guess I picked a traid off. If they do not have flash they can still contact me read who I am and go see prints gallery, and read my blog.
