I am a self-employed computer guy and most of my work is onsite so I keep a lot of my photo gear with me, in my trunk. I'm always finding new places or seeing different things along the way. Unfortnately I usually don't have time to shoot but sometimes I'll make the time if I see something interesting enough. Or I'll note it and come back a different time.
In my Slingshot 300 I keep both bodies with lens attached, usually my 24-105 on the Rebel and the 70-200 on the 40D and one of my flashes in the bag.
I have another little bag that I keep my 10-22, 100-400, and filters in. I have my monopod and tripod along as well. I usually have boots and a knee pad too. Then I have all my computer parts and my laptop. Man if anybody ever broke into my trunk....
