It would also be useful to note any lighting or post-processing you have done and perhaps a line or two to explain why you chose this picture to represent the theme or any challenges you had to overcome.
Why? The repeat of the assignment title shows you are giving permission for it to be used on the DPS blog if selected as a winner, the date shows it was taken in the eligible time frame and the EXIF information helps us all to learn.
