Honestly, your best bet is to look up "large format photo printing" in one of your local metropolitan areas. You will get the best service and quality from a local facility that specializes in that kind of work. You want to be able to walk in and actually talk to a person, who does the actual work, about the results you want to get. You can also actually see jobs going out too, and see what they produce. While online large print services are generally just fine, if you are doing gallery stuff, you need a real person at a real lab standing in front of you. "Jacko's Camera and Photo" doesn't qualify. The really good stuff is done on machines that are ten feet wide and cost more than a luxury car.
Also, I don't know of any facility that does both printing and framing in house. They are two different specialties. One may be able to refer you to the other though.
