Here's my take on it:
Great model. Love her eyes. The picture needed to be cropped. The rule of thirds helps in this but know when to break the rules.
The background could be exposed a bit longer to get a nice white background. This is done with a longer shutter speed.
I cropped the picture, desaturated her skin a bit and added a little pop to her eyes as well as get rid of the dark circles under them. There were a few miscellaneous touchups as well like very slight skin smoothing and blemish removal but she has almost perfect skin so that wasn't really a big deal.
Next time I'd open up the shutter a bit longer to get a white background and not have her slouch. Need to sit up straight or even leaning back. Think dynamic lines. Dynamic lines are usually diagonal.
My experience? I have an opinion and I shoot people hehe.
