If a photo doesn’t have the the same aspect ratio as the paper it’s printed on, one of two things happen. Prints will have an odd sized border on some sides or the printer will arbitrarily crop the image. Most (not all) digital cameras have a 3:2 image ratio which is the image width divided by its height. If PSP has the ability to crop to a specified size than I would do that before sending them out to print
