One hint / tip. When you know you are going to shoot a pano series, get your meter reading, then put your camera in manual, set to your meter readings and don't change from frame to frame. this will help keep color / temperature balance, even as the clouds move across your lighting.

Thanks Rob for your comment and suggestion, i realized that after coming back from the trip, i used either Program or Aperture priority which changed the exposure frame to frame... i managed to make some corrections in the first 2 but i was really sleepy when i was working on the third..so i left it as it is..
