They look pretty nice, looks like you are on the right track. Some things I would put out there are watch the horizon lines, the 2 landscapes you have posted here look like they might be leaning to the right just slightly. A lot of programs have a straighten tool that works good when needed. The fountain shot looks good just watch where you cut the frame, it would be nice to have the frame cut just below the statue's arm. I actually have a B&W on the wall that is one of the statues from that same fountain.

As far as EXIF info I get it from my photo editing program and copy over what is important for review. When you have an image open there should be a tab/menu that will give you all the shooting info the camera recorded with the image file. As you use flicker it looks like you can get it from there also under "More Information" on the photo page.
