D90: You need to use channel 3 in commander mode when shooting wireless with SB600, not 1 (which is the default setting).
SB-600: Resetting the SB-600 disables wireless mode entirely if I remember correctly. You have to enable it again.
So, resetting both is not a problem solver, if I am right.
