My nephew.. Ishan!! He has a cute smile.. i setup the shot with his mom's black saree in the background!! he was kind enough for pose for me and this was the result!
The setup was a makeshift black cloth put on the wall and click with flash.. (i don't have external flash or any kind of diffuser.. so just shot with existing flash)

do you think an external flash or diffuser could have made the shot any better?
