Oh yeah, the best part is the leftovers. Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sandwiches are great. But the best are dumplings that have been baked the previous day and you slice them up and fry them in a little bit of butter until they're all nice and crisp on the outside and potato-y goodness on the inside.

They're totally worth the work that goes into them.
As a side note, my grocery shopping was nearly disastrous when I went to the first grocery store and not only did they think that I was nuts for asking if they had any turkey breasts (apparently not until December, so I bought a full frozen turkey), but they looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my head when I couldn't find cranberries. Thankfully the other grocery store had some frozen ones in stock. Tragedy avoided lol
