The 16:9 adapter (those are the same guys who pretty much sealed the 14-24's reputation in the alt lens Canon crowd with their reviews of same). It's about $300, and
the wait to get one is months long by all reports, and the guy may not be making them anymore, as it's a hobby business. That's why I don't really consider it a feasible route, but yeah, there
is a way to control the aperture, it just ain't easy or cheap.

If you're one of the mount-ripper guys, you can also
DIY up a way to engage the aperture control tab on the lens, but it's more than your average shooter wants to take on.
Or, you can just shoot with the lens wide open all the time. For some lenses, this isn't such a problem (e.g., 35/1.8).
One of the guys on Fred Miranda jokingly suggests that if you really want to use the 14-24 on full frame that bad, you should get the ultimate adapter: a D700.
