Cropping closer to Leah would help to give her more visual weight. Choosing a dress that stands out from the surroundings would help to draw the eye to her. If you can darken the surroundings and give more light to the subject, aiming a flash unit at the subject only, you can also help to frame the subject with the darker surroundings.
