did she approach you, or did you approach her?
it may pay to look at her current portfiolio, see what she's missing and make a few suggestions that would suit your own photographic skill set...
but, its also a good opportunity to build on your own portfolio by doing somethign you would like in yours.. so maybe make some comparisons.
f you apporached her.. you have the upper hand and bigger say in what you want.. if she approached you then it may be the other way around.. but then again, as you say, she doesnt knwo what she wants.. then the creative ball is back in your court so to speak.
