well i took that picture with a point and shoot camera....i used 1/640 sec, ISO 400 (i didn't use the flash) f5.9 and i had to play with the distance between my camera and the droplets in order to get them in focus. It takes a lot of patience, but when you finally get your shot, it is one of those happiest moment. So good luck with it
