On the Flickr page, look for a link called "More Properties". If you click that link, you'll see the EXIF for the photo (assuming it wasn't stripped before uploading), and you can cut'n'paste information from there.
If you're asking for shooting advice, basically just the information at the top (without the gray background) is good enough for folks to help you out.
