Always in post here, the control is far to superior for me to ignore. My favorite way to convert to B&W is using
virtualPhotographer. I prefer monochrome images over a grey scale B&W. At times pure B&W seems almost un-natural to me. Second favorite way is of course the channel mixer or color decomposing.
