I'm curious which image you guys like better. The only change to the color one is a slight adjustment in curves. No crop. I then used the B&W filter and followed the e-mail tutorial for split toning. I went with +26 to blue in the shadows and +26 to yellow in the highlights. Pretty sure I used just a touch of diffuse glow as well.
