I get it all the time at work with students and teenagers coming in with old film SLRs... See alot of Canon and Nikon coming in with the little holders that have come loose when the lens is first taken off after years or the first shutter actuation in years. We just clean the focusing screen with a microfibre, slide it back in and push the latch closed.
