PP is Post Production - work done on the image using computer software such as Photoshop Elements, Photoshop, Gimp or Lightroom
LR2 is Lightroom Version 2 - Adobe's 'Digital Darkroom' that allows you to make overall & some localized changes to the image - it's aimed specifically at photographers to enable them to manage their work flow & catalog their photos.
