No, it's not really what I think of as bokeh. Shallow depth of field, yes (relatively so, at least) but there is no particular character imparted to the blurred areas due to the optical limits of the lens.

The post below yours, by m3coupe4me, is a good example of bokeh, with the soft circles showing in the background. Of course, like yours, it is also past the deadline for inclusion in the contest, which is why I can pick it out without having yet cast my votes
