hi!

is it ISO 1000 or 100?

how did you took this shot? aperture priority? or shutter priority?
what i do in Long exposure shot is i guage it first in aperture priority (to know how much time do i need for the shutter to blink in order to have the right exposure) then, i use manual and try to experiment with shutter speed. just remember to keep the ISO to a minimum (preferably ISO 100) in order to lessen the noise. shooting in RAW would be great for fixing WB also.

also, i often use f/3.5-f/5.6 in long exposure shots. i'd like to have some starry-like effects on the street lights so i use F/7.1~F/11.
