Here is my edit:
Very simple, I did it in Lightroom but it works in any RAW editor worth its salt.
Touch of fill light to bring out the shadow detail and raise the black point to avoid the flat washed out look.
Some clarity added (Large radius sharpening for non adobe folks)
Negative saturation of blues and aquas
Positive saturation of greens and yellows
Sharpening
Vignette
