Personally, I love the rich colors. I think that it works well with waterfalls -- lush foliage and water go well together.

Compositionwise, I like the idea -- the waterfall flows from one corner, towards me, and out of the other corner. But, it feels just a little too "squeezed in" -- the uppermost part of the waterfall is so close to the edge of the frame, that it feels like it's going to pop OUT of the frame. The rest of the falls are very good. I might even crop off the top a bit, so that the parts of the waterfall which you can see, are more "inside" the frame with a little frame of foliage around them.
