thanks for your reply so far... it did help me out.
As some already said, it was the focus mode. This configuration was set to AI Servo which will keep on focussing after i pressed the shutter button halfway down.
I set it on One shot and the problem was solved...
I also looked further on this, because it isn't handy to set your focus mode to One shot to enable reframing... Once i'll forget to reset it to AI Servo and my pictures will be unclear whenever there's a lot of movements.
I've found that you can overrule some functions in a special menu...
One of the options let you define how the focus locking behaves by pressing different buttons.
Result is that i now can press the shutter button halfway down to focus, then press another button (*) while holding the shutter button to lock the focus in AI Servo mode.
