After what you told me, I also found "Autorisation de publication"
In french, une Décharge is "
un acte juridique ou administratif libérant d'une dette ou d'une obligation". Some websites use this expression as a model release.. But with what both of you tell me, "Autorisation de publication" must be it..
If someone could confirm.. that would also be appreciated !!
