Normally when i do these wierd ones is because I'm lazy and cant think of anything.
First thing I did (and as always every step is done on a seperate layer) was super saturate the colors. Next was to use the polar coordinates effect to create a sphere. Next I used an action called twirling abstract art. ( I used Paint Shop Pro up until this point and then used PS, then back to PSP cause I cant find this action for PSP) Next I duplicated 3 times. the middle layer I set the blend mode to multipy. The top layer I used Alien Skin Xenofex plugin for the lightening. Did several layers for the lightening. Some areas I erased that i wanted to look like it was underneath. Last I used AAA Foto Frame for the frame effect
