Default Man On A Fast Horse!!!!!

#1.. OK I am new at this...I have read the rules ...and believe I have obey them all...if not PLEASE explain the one I violated… (in detail) ….since obviously I didn’t understand it.
This critique is the most important ….. I really do want to participate and I really need the help.

#2… “Man On A Fast Horse will never notice” …is an old saying about shoddy workmanship. This picture was shot at a combined speed of approx 100 – 130 mph one handed with out aiming. I shoot a lot of this type pictures and need help with them....... the driving is OK haven’t run into anyone in a long time.

#3…How should I pre set this camera in anticipation of this type of shot?

#4…And last how would you grade this shot on a scale of 1-4… (1 being best)…. and please be honest….. I would like to post some of my shots on Flicker and don’t want to appear as dumb ….as I really am…… about photography.

#5…. Camera: FinePix S5100
F/5.6
Expo 1/550
