Good to know a fellow Sony owner
I own a Sony DSC H10 and recently I was also searching for lenses which would screw on the adapter. Now the issue is which adapter do you have. You see there are a number of lenses avaiable in the market. Made by Sony as well as some other manufacturer. I own a japenese manufacturer's macro lens and to tell you the truth...it works better than than the Sony one.
