What the heck?
Okay, sports is all about shutter speed. So how is it possible to get a blurry picture with a 1/4000 shutter speed? I tried to focus on the runner, but isn't that irrelevant? With that fast a shutter, shouldn't EVERYTHING be frozen?
I don't get it.
