I have a bad bad bad thing going on where I tilt the camera slightly down on the right hand side and I get a lot of shots which are not level and it drives me INSANE. You've done the same thing with that shot except to the left. If you've misread your visual balance queues (which I think is what I'm doing) then that is the result.
