I am not a fan of it because it just does not work as an abstract. If you are going to have an image that is completely out of focus you really need to work on the composition of the light and dark areas of the image. Since that is the only thing that can hold a viewers attention and convey the message of your photo it needs to be deliberate. To me this image looks like you went to pick up your camera and accidentally hit the shutter release.
