left eye is almost out of the frame... like .5mm from not getting the whole eye in the frame. having just the little bit of the ear in the frame bothers me.. either put more in or find a new angle with none of it. and the spot of color... exposure and focus don't seem to match. what i mean here is the properly exposed area is out of focus and the underexposed area is in focus. B&W conversion is passable... I think it could use a curves adjustment.
