Shoot from a lower angle
I think the subject would look better with more sky and/or trees behind him and not the concrete. Get lower to the ground if possible and shoot up. That will put more "air" under him.
From this angle, it's hard to see how high he is.
I would also crop in from the right giving him room to "fall into" the left side of the frame.
