aside from the background clutter, boring angle, and complete cut off of the rear of the car, the picture is way too overexposed. you should have tried a wider apterture to eliminate more of the background, a faster shutter speed, a circular polarizer to cut down on glare, and probably a different vantage point. as it is right now you have another car creeping into the right of the frame, there are feet under the front bumper, and just 'stuff' all over.

this shot looks like you were simply walking by and pressed the shutter without thinking of composition or your camera's settings.
