@WhiteMug - Maybe you're right, I've placed too much foreground..hmmm..I'll consider that on my next shots. I was just practicing what was thought from the articles here such as putting foreground, framing the picture, composition, and finally, rules of third.

@Windrider86 - I agree with you too..this is actually one of the first shots I enhanced using photoshop. I prolly got crazy with the colors resulting to an oversaturated color. Hhehehe..I'll Keep that in mind. Thanks a lot

@Murtasma - I was actually focusing on the boat, and you are right that the aperture was not small enough to focus everything. This is what actually happened during that shot: I have my cam with me (400D with a 50mm lens, no zoom) while walking on the park, the problem is, I left my tripod because it was raining that day. So I was really concern on preventing my cam in getting wet..I forgot all about using a smaller depth focus everything..but next time...I'll definitely will...also use the tripod..many thanks!

Do you guys have any suggestion when is enough in saturation? Obviously, I got a lot goin on here..
