Basically what happens when I photoshop while listening to John Williams' wonderful Harry Potter scores. haha.
I forgot to write down my steps as I made this..oh well
what I recall doing is 1. copied the head of the dragon, fliped it, and used a mask so i could make it have two heads. 2. used purple in one layer, and two more black layers and various layer options to make the sky that color. (when i say the colors i used, i mean i took a brush and went over just the sky and added the different layer options) 3. new layer, red for the eyes on the "color" option I believe. 4. I took a photo of a candle that I had and used the selection tool to take the fire , copy and move the fire around to put in the mouths of the dragons. blending options were used to make the glow of the fire more..glowy? haha. probably not a word..anyway. 5. I was listening to the soundtrack for the 3rd harry potter and decided to find a photo of the death eater symbol from harry potter and put it into the picture. So I took the photo, made a new layer and went over the basic outline with the pen tool and simulated pressure. 6. Changed around the blending options for the symbol to make it kind of glow and pop out. and then dragged it into the picture under the dragon head. 7. On one of the layers I did Render > Lighting effects> spotlight to give a better lighting on the house place thing....Oh yea! I cropped it at one point too...
and yea. that's pretty much it.
