it's weird there is a phone booth on top of a building, but the photo does nothing for me composition wise. it's uninteresting and looks like you just pointed the camera at it and took a picture.
while it may not be possible, an interesting composition would be on top of the roof with the phone booth in the foreground and the streets/whatever's on the ground in the background.
