Hi I seen your picture and had to see if I could do anything with it... I have Corel paint shop pro 12 .. I used the Graduated blue plugin that comes with the program. You have to mess with the different shades of sky blue... and shit it around some to get it they way you want ... I always duplicate the layers. then work on the duplicated layer. I make that layer darker than what you want . then I duplicate another layer and move it to the top then change the opacity to what i like and then merge them all visible. I am not a pro so there is pry a better way to do this .. But Its what I have figured out ... smile .. I also used a fill flash on her. The reason I put another picture on top and fade is many of my pictures have trees in them and it keeps the trees greener.
